First, I would like to take a minute and tell you a little about the MGRA. The Missouri Gay Rodeo Association Inc is an all-inclusive, all volunteer, non-profit organization that dedicates itself to preserving the western lifestyle, producing rodeos and raising funds for charitable organizations within our community. We are a 501(c)(3) corporation who produces the Show-Me State Rodeo each year. We are an affiliated chapter of the International Gay Rodeo Association (IGRA) who sanctions the rodeo. Any profits that we make from the rodeo are given back to the community by donating to our charity partners. Our charities this year are Wishing Well Equine Rescue & Rehabilitation and American Cancer Society.

The 2024 Show-Me State Rodeo will be hosted at Hale Arena located at 1701 American Royal Court, Kansas City, MO 64102 on Saturday, May 11th and Sunday, May 12th, 2024. There are a total of 48 vendor spaces available for crafts, direct sales, and pre packaged foods. There are spots for 4 food trucks. All booth spaces are on a first paid, first guaranteed spot.

Regular Vendor Booth Information: Each booth is a 10 x 10 space with electricity are $60.00 for the weekend; with the option to buy more than one space at $60.00 per space. Vendors will be provided with 1 table and 2 chairs at no cost. There is an option to rent more tables at the cost of $5.00 per table. Included with your booth fee are two (2) passes to get into the arena area, to watch the Rodeo. Set-up will start Friday, May 10th, 2024 at 12:00 pm. Hale Arena will open at 8:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday. The Rodeo will start at 10:00 am on both days and will run until the events are over. We do ask that you stay the entirety of the Rodeo. You are allowed to sit up a canopy frame, however, due to fire marshall rules there can not be any tops on the canopies. We only allow one (1) third party sales rep of the same kind.

Food Truck Vendors: Food truck spaces are limited and are on a first come, first paid guarantee. Food truck spaces are $100.00 for the weekend. All food trucks must be up to date MO Health Department, and have it visibly hung. There is an option to rent tables at the cost of $5.00 per table. Included with your booth fee are two (2) passes to get into the arena area, to watch the Rodeo. Set-up will start Friday, May 10th, 2024 at 12:00 pm. Hale Arena will open at 8:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday. The Rodeo will start at 10:00 am on both days and will run until the events are over. We do ask that you stay the entirety of the Rodeo. You are responsible to provide your own shelter/ canopy if you would like. We will need your electrical needs to run your truck 3 weeks prior to the start of the rodeo.

All applications need to be turned in and paid for no later than May 4th, 2024 to guarantee you a spot. We reserve the right to refuse applications. There are ABSOLUTELY no sales of alcohol, firearms, tobacco, drugs, or hazardous materials. MGRA reserves the right to ask anyone selling items that are not allowed to stop selling them.
